Getting really good photographs of building exteriors and interiors takes appropriate equipment, precise technique, some understanding of architecture and, as with all photography, the eye for a strong image.
I enjoy the challenges involved and I've put together a kit of specialist equipment that helps me to get great shots: super sharp, distortion-free lenses, a 7m high camera mast, and remote triggering and monitoring for cameras mounted on the mast. Getting the camera up high can give a conspicuously better perspective, and improved views of a building's setting. It's something that a limited number of photographers can achieve. The quality of the images with this system is much better than most drones, because the camera and lenses used are vastly superior
Quite often, a bit of resourcefulness is called for in post processing — I had to complete some landscaping in Photoshop for the 'wedge house' below and take out posts and wiring to contrive a period rendering of the front of the old Cork Quaker Meeting House, also below
